4.4.2. Removal and installation of a pulley of a bent shaft

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Cock the parking brake, a front of the car and establish to a poddomkratta it on props. Remove the right forward wheel and (at the corresponding complete set) protection of a case.
  2. Take off a belt of the drive of auxiliary units (see the Head Nastroyki and routine maintenance of the car), - previously apply marking of the direction of its rotation on a tape of a belt.
  3. Weaken a bolt of fastening of a pulley of a bent shaft, - for the purpose of blocking of a bent shaft from a provorachivaniye ask the assistant to include the highest transfer and against the stop to squeeze out a brake pedal. On models with AT give one of bolts of fastening of the hydrotransformer and attach a driving disk to a transmission dome by means of a steel level of couple suitable, equipped with washers of bolts. If the engine is removed from the car, block a flywheel / a driving disk (see the Section Removal, check of a state and installation of a flywheel / a driving disk).
  4. Turn out a fixing bolt (do not forget about a washer) and remove a pulley from a pin of a bent shaft, - try not to damage the sensor of provision of a bent shaft (CKP).

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Accurately put a pulley on a pin of a bent shaft, having tracked correctness of landing of a shponochny groove to a spline. Make sure of completeness of landing of a pulley, - try not to damage the CKP sensor. Screw a new bolt with the washer put on it.
  2. Block a bent shaft from a provorachivaniye by the same method that it was used at removal, tighten a new bolt of fastening with effort of 95 Nanometers, then hold on it on a corner the 30th hail. and on a corner the 15th hail.
  3. Establish a belt of the drive of auxiliary units (see the Head Nastroyki and routine maintenance of the car), - track observance of the initial direction of its rotation (see the marking put at removal).
  4. Establish protection of a case and a forward wheel.
  5. Lower the car on the earth, then tighten bolts of fastening of a wheel with the required effort.
