4.4.12. Removal, check of a state and installation of a flywheel / driving disk

Removal

Models with RKPP

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove transmission (see the Head the Manual 5-staged box of gear shifting or Automatic 4-staged transmission) and coupling (see the Head Stsepleniye and power shafts).
  2. By means of suitable adaptation block a flywheel from a provorachivaniye. Mark with paint or a marker the provision of a flywheel of rather bent shaft.

Blocking of a flywheel

  1. Turn out fixing bolts and remove a flywheel, - in case of need use the help of the assistant as the flywheel is rather heavy.

Models with AT

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove transmission (see the Head the Manual 5-staged box of gear shifting or Automatic 4-staged transmission).
  2. By means of suitable adaptation block a driving disk.
  3. Turn out fixing bolts and remove the fixing plate and a driving disk from a flange of a bent shaft, - try to remember the adjusting provision of components.

Check

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Survey a flywheel / a driving disk on existence of signs of wear or a vykrashivaniye of teeths of a wreath.
  2. Study a condition of the working surface of a flywheel contacting to a clutch plate. In case of identification of deep furrows or zadir, the flywheel can be sent to a pro-point, however it will be more reasonable to replace it.
  3. In the absence of confidence in assessment of a condition of a flywheel, address for council specialists of car service, and it is better, replace a flywheel.

Installation

Models with RKPP

New bolts of fastening of a flywheel will be required.


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Smooth out the interfaced surfaces of a flywheel and a bent shaft, - track that carving openings in a flange of a shaft were completely cleared of traces of old sealant.
  2. Grease a carving part of fixing bolts with the fixing sealant, establish a flywheel and fix it by bolts. At installation of the flywheel which was in the use track correctness of combination of the landing tags put in the course of dismantle.
  3. Block a flywheel by the method used at removal. In a diagonal order in stages evenly tighten all bolts with the required effort.
  4. Establish coupling (see the Head Stsepleniye and power shafts). Remove adaptation blocking a flywheel and establish transmission (see the Head the Manual 5-staged box of gear shifting or Automatic 4-staged transmission).
