3.13. Check of system of production of the fulfilled gases

Every year

An inspection should be carried out at the cooled-down engine. Check will require a source of compressed air.


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Start the engine and check tightness of system of release for hearing.
  2. Kill the engine.
  3. Insert the union of supply of compressed air into an exhaust pipe, having condensed it with rags.
  4. Give compressed air under pressure of 6 atm.
  5. Grease joints of a head of cylinders with a collector, a collector with a reception pipe and a reception a pipe with the catalytic converter means for search of leaks and check whether bubbles are formed.
  6. Eliminate malfunction.
