10.2.1. Removal and installation of coupling

Removal of coupling will require the special tool. Coupling on engines 1.2 and 1.4 of l can be removed and established at the established RKPP. On cars with l engines 1.5 and 1.6 for this purpose of RKPP it is necessary to remove.

At removal of a clutch plate you watch the direction in which specifies a long element of a nave. It is necessary to establish a clutch plate in the same direction. Follow the recommendation about installation if it is available on clutch plates of Opel.

On engines 1.5 and 1.6 of l remove RKPP (see the Head the Manual 5-staged box of gear shifting).

L engines 1.2 and 1.4

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove by means of the screw-driver a lock bracket from a carving core of a cable of the drive of coupling.

  1. Wring out by means of mount the lever of switching off of coupling back and disconnect a cable.
  2. Mark the provision of the left forward wheel in relation to its nave that it was possible then to establish the balanced wheel in its former situation. Turn out bolts of fastening of a wheel. To Poddomkratta a car front, establish it on props and remove the left forward wheel.
  3. Turn out bolts of fastening and uncover RKPP.

Prepare suitable capacity for collecting the oil following at the same time.

  1. Remove a lock ring (shooter) of a cylindrical bolt and turn out a bolt.

  1. Mark the provision of main shaft RKPP in relation to a gear wheel.
  2. Extend main shaft RKPP by means of the special KM-556-1-A tool and a carving insert 556-4 against the stop from shlitsevy gearing If there is no specified tool, it is possible to apply a usual stripper with M7 carving.

  1. Turn out bolts of fastening and uncover a coupling basket.
  2. Squeeze coupling and in this situation record three brackets of KM-526, having established them evenly on a circle. For this purpose switch off coupling with the mount help, i.e. press it back or ask the assistant to press a coupling pedal.

  1. Turn out bolts of fastening and disconnect assembly of a basket of coupling from a flywheel and take out it together with the conducted disk.

Do not drop conducted and press clutch plates at their removal.

  1. Wipe a flywheel with the rags moistened in gasoline.

Installation

  1. Check a sealing ring of a guide of switching off of coupling regarding pollution and if necessary clear. Install the coupling switching off bearing.
  2. Apply a thin film of lubricant on vents of main shaft RKPP. Remove the lubricant remains.

Do not grease a vent of the conducted disk.

  1. Put on the conducted disk main shaft RKPP. Remove surplus of lubricant in interface to a nave and again remove the conducted disk.

Establish the conducted disk so that a long part of a nave was turned towards RKPP. Follow the recommendation about installation, available on a clutch plate.

L engines 1.5 and 1.6

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Establish the conducted disk and center it by means of a mandrel or the aligning HAZET-2174 tool.

  1. Evenly tighten bolts of fastening of the conducted disk with effort of 15 Nanometers.
  2. Establish RKPP (see the Head the Manual 5-staged box of gear shifting).

L engines 1.2 and 1.4

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Establish assembly of a basket of coupling with the conducted disk on a flywheel, without fixing it.

You watch that tags on a basket of coupling and on a flywheel coincided.

Adjusting tags of coupling

  1. Raise the conducted disk a little and center it with a main shaft. Carefully enter a main shaft into a shlitsevy opening of the conducted disk and a gear wheel, monitoring their correct gearing.

You watch the tags applied at removal on a main shaft and a gear wheel.

  1. Fix coupling by effort of 15 Nanometers.
  2. Insert a main shaft by means of the KM-564 tool to упораДля it surely screw a cylindrical bolt in a shaft. Do not drive in a shaft by means of a percussion instrument, otherwise it is possible to damage teeths of shlitsevy connection. Tighten a cylindrical bolt with effort of 15 Nanometers.

Installation of a main shaft

  1. Record a main shaft a new lock ring.
  2. Paste new consolidation of a cover of RKPP by means of lubricant.
  3. Establish a cover of RKPP and evenly fix bolts of its fastening with the required effort.
  4. Squeeze coupling by mount, take out three brackets and release coupling.
  5. Establish a cover of assembly of a basket of coupling and tighten bolts of its fastening with effort of 7 Nanometers.

All engines

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Establish the left wheel so that the tags put at removal coincided. Fix a wheel by bolts. Lower the car on the earth and tighten bolts cross-wise with effort of 110 Nanometers.
  2. Connect a cable of the drive of coupling with the lever of switching off of coupling and establish a lock bracket on a carving element.
  3. Check oil level in RKPP and if necessary add oil.
  4. Check coupling adjustment.
